19 Group sessions per week that are coached live, both face to face at Twin Creeks or our private Zoom meetings online.
Kicking off on Monday the 6th of July
For 28 days are you prepared to challenge yourself to all or some of the following?
No sugar (junk food)
800grams of fresh produce each day
8 hours sleep each night
8 glasses of water each day
5000 steps before breakfast
Working out 5 days a week
Read, listen, watching for learning purposes 30 minutes a day
Mindfulness, meditation and or breathing exercises for 5 to 10 minutes a day
