24 hours a day for 28 days…
Are you prepared to challenge yourself to 28 days of the following?
- No sugar (junk food), fruit permitted
- No alcohol
- Include some form of fresh produce at every meal
- Working out five days a week
- Sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night
- Reading, listening or learning 30 minutes a day
- Mindfulness/ meditation practice and/or breathing exercises
for 5 to 10 minutes a day.
- 30 to 60 seconds cold shower everyday
If you are ready for change, then join our team. The results will look after themselves if you look after the daily actions.
We will guide and support you every step of the way.
- You will get access to our group personal training timetable of 19 sessions a week.
