Kicking off on the 20th of April
For 28 days are you prepared to:
- Eat or drink no junk food
- No alcohol Monday to Friday
- Eat some form of fresh produce with every meal
- Sleep 7-8 hours a night
- Read, listen watch and learn for 30 minutes a day (something for you)
- Workout 5 times a week (we coach 19 live zoom sessions a week)
- Walk or run 10,000 steps a day
- Reach out and converse with a friend or family member that does not live with you.
- Practice meditation or breathing exercises for 5-10 minutes a day.
If you are ready for change, then join our team. The results will look after themselves if you look after the daily actions.
We will guide and support you every step of the way.
